“You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.”
– Matthew 5:3.
I really love this verse, Even though you may feel like your life is just jacked up, if you just hand over your worries to Him.. then there will be more of God and his blessings.

” You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you.”
-Matthew 5:4
When I read this verse, I think “lost what is most dear to you” refers to a person dying (which it can) but think deeper…
What if Jesus also meant losing a Child, not to death, but one who is on drugs and living a life of destruction… then maybe, just maybe, Jesus wants to just embrace you and love you! Ha, by maybe… I mean HE Does!!!

“You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.”
– Matthew 5:5
*A new study reveals that American households throw away some 470 pounds of food per year. This fact means that we throw away more than we consume.
When America ( as a nation) finally becomes content with where we are (instead of the regular…wanting MORE, MORE, MORE…) Then We WILL Be blessed beyond our imagination! God wants us to be happy with where He has us.. instead of trying to build ourselves up on the scale of success… He just wants a relationship with us!

Btw: The fast is going great! I had some great lettuce Thia wraps for dinner! So YUMMY! : )
